The Horeca Collective is a F&B/ Restaurant consultancy, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Our services mainly includes consulting on the Vietnamese food and beverage (F&B) Market, helping owners with their restaurant marketing and consulting on improving restaurant revenue & profitability.

From consultancy to useful tools, templates & more. We specialise in the F&B industry and are here to help you successfully run your restaurant.

+ How do you price your services?

Our services are priced based on client needs and scope of work. Some of our services (workshops, strategy sessions, tools) come at fixed prices.

+ What is your payment policy?

We usually charge 50% to commence projects, 25% midway and 25% after finalizing projects.

+ What are your refund and cancellation policies?

If project has been agreed upon, paid, and started - we generally do not provide any refund unless agreed upon otherwise.

We charge a 10% cancellation fee if projects has been agreed upon, paid, but not yet started - unless agreed upon otherwise.

We do not provide refunds on digital products.

+ How do you work?

Everything we do starts with a simple conversation. It’s not uncommon for our clients to find improvement points after our first conversation. If we believe to be a good fit to work together - we will send you a proposal.

+ What market do you serve?

Hailing from The Netherlands, we are currently based in Vietnam - from which we mostly focus on the European and Asian F&B market. Our digital products are available for worldwide purchase.

+ How can I use your tools?

Our tools have been developed in Excel, unless stated otherwise. We have decided to build these tools into Excel to make them available to most businesses, without the need to buy expensive software or hardware.

+ Can I share your tools with others if I paid for it?

No, our paid digital products provides you a license to use the tool within your organisation only. You are also not allowed to make the tools accessible to the general public or re-sell our tools. For more information - read our terms of use carefully.

+ Can you develop customised Excel tools and templates?

Yes. We are able to either make adjustment to our base model tools to suit your needs, or create custom solutions to your specific needs. Please contact us for more information.
