* I will NOT distribute, publish, showcase or place any type of tools, templates, software, spreadsheets or intellectual property whatsoever on any server, in a way that makes it available to the general public

All copyright and titles for our templates or tools, and any copies of it are owned by www.horecacollective.com. All rights that have not been specifically granted by the company are reserved by www.horecacollective.com.
Product information
All of our products are considered a consulting product.
Pricing Policy
The www.horecacollective.com provides both paid and free products and services.
Some of our services are productised as a digital product and price can change from time to time (i.e. discount, or any other reason). We do not provide any returns or charge prior clients an additional charge due to price changes.
Return Policy
Please note that for our digital products, courses, programs and templates - we do not provide refunds, as it is technically impossible to take back the digital product.
In exceptional cases, we are able to refund. This will be decided on a case to case basis and will be decided by The Horeca Collective to prevent abuse.
