DiningCity to launch in Vietnam

Word is out - DiningCity is officially coming to Vietnam

Well-known for their bilingual online dining guide, restaurant week and large-scale dining campaigns and events, DiningCity Asia highlights the exciting mid-upscale food scene in Asia. Currently listing over 55.000 restaurants throughout Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore & Macau, we are excited to finally announce the expansion to Vietnam.

Celebrating Vietnam’s Culinary Scene

While Vietnam has long been praised for their dynamic and lively food scene, it’s especially in the last half-decade that Vietnam’s culinary scene has seen many new exciting restaurant concepts, with more locally grown and international restaurants raising the bar on the level of gastronomy in the country. To highlight the culinary scene, DiningCity Asia has partnered with The Horeca Collective in Vietnam, where the expansion will be locally managed by Mr John Hoang Trong Vu, Managing Partner Vietnam, and Emely Pot, Head of Marketing Vietnam.

Dining Events

DiningCity is known among diners as the go-to platform to discover new restaurants and make a booking. Besides regular table reservation, DiningCity also organises their yearly signature Restaurant Week among other large-scale regional and national dining events and campaigns, helping diners to explore top restaurants and find the best deals.

For restaurants, this means there finally is a platform in Vietnam to directly showcase what they have to offer to diners. The platform will help restaurants to provide their guests the ease of making an instant booking, while simultaneously helping restaurants to increasing their booking volume.

Deals

Besides your regular A La Carte bookings, DiningCity Vietnam will make it possible for restaurants to showcase their best dining deals. Whether this is a set lunch deal, buy one get one, or even a wine pairing menu. You’ll be able to browse and find your next dining deal with ease.

Book & Save

Looking to ‘Book & Save’? With the Book and Save function, restaurants on the platform can now offer their discounts directly through the booking platform, helping restaurants to increase booking volume, while providing diners a chance to try new places with a discount.

Coming Soon

DiningCity Vietnam is set to soft launch their operations, starting December 2022. The platform will initially only allow restaurants to join on an invite only base, until the public launch later in 2023.

The dining guide, website and mobile app will initially be available in English, with a Vietnamese version planned to release in early 2023.
